All five Lovense Wellness massagers carry IPX5 water resistance certification — meaning they are protected against water jets from any direction. They are shower-safe and can be rinsed directly under running water for cleaning. They are not rated for full submersion.

All products use medical-grade hypoallergenic silicone for all body-contact surfaces. This is the same grade of silicone used in FDA-cleared medical devices — non-porous, phthalate-free, BPA-free, and safe for long-term skin contact. The internal chassis is eco-conscious ABS.

Dual-motor models (A0158, A0170, A0171): approximately 40–50 minutes at maximum intensity. Single-motor models (A0183, A0187): approximately 55 minutes at maximum intensity. All models include a USB charging cable; a full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund. Products should be returned in their original packaging.

Our 1-year manufacturer warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship — motor failure, charging malfunction, or structural defects under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or modification.

Rinse under warm running water with a small amount of mild, fragrance-free soap after each use. The IPX5 rating means you can run it under a tap safely. Do not use alcohol, bleach, or harsh chemical cleaners — these degrade medical-grade silicone over time. Pat dry and store in the included pouch.

Water-based lubricants are fully compatible and can enhance comfort. Avoid silicone-based lubricants — they react with silicone surfaces and can degrade the material. Oil-based lubricants are compatible but harder to clean.
